Starting another thread so we can share ideas for the upcoming season.  It's pretty much been decided that we'll be sticking with the same bikes and basic equipment as last year.

Scheduling will be different because practice will now on Saturdays and the races are Sunday.  We definitely want to try to make all races this year, so scheduling will be important.  If you can, please use the calendar on this site to mark which dates you can/can't make.  We really need a minimum of 3 people to do a race and I know Paul will need to miss a couple events.

Paul will be making up a "rulebook" that we'll go over whenever we all meet up... basically assigning responsibilities.  Pretty basic stuff really - we just want to make sure that we don't mess up any of the little things (like forgetting to change the oil, or bringing the spare gas cans).

If anyone has questions or ideas PLEASE mail the group or post them here.  We're all doing this for the same reason -FUN- and everyone's opinion matters.  Don't be afraid to speak up!
