If you end up changing tires yourself, this place looks like they have good prices on Pilot Powers:

FYI: if you want to change tires yourself, you can either build your own tire changer:
http://www.clarity.net/~adam/tire-changing.html
(also contains instructions on balancing)

Or buy one from Harbor Freight
http://www.harborfreight.com/cpi/ctaf/displayitem.taf?Itemnumber=34542
(note: you'll also need the motorcycle attachment:
http://www.harborfreight.com/cpi/ctaf/displayitem.taf?Itemnumber=42927
Each item is $50, and you need both.  From what I've read - not the best changer in the world, but worth the small $100 investment, and gets the job done.
